- Browse-intent trigger: if a subscriber views /product/google-ads-campaign-audit or /service pages → send one follow-up within 24–48h (“Want a 30-min audit summary?”).
- Content download → Nurture: specific 2-email follow-up tailored to that asset (usage tips + related post).
- Blog update alert: major update to a guide → notify readers who clicked the original in last 6 months.
- Affinity tagging: auto-add tags based on 2+ clicks in a topic within 30 days.
- Time-zone send: default Australia/Sydney for AU audience; segment US morning for US signups.
