A) Image posts (fast cadence)
- 1 × per week while videos are in production.
- Format: 1080×1080 (or 1200×628) with a single insight/graphic.
- Copy: Hook line + 2–3 bullets + CTA to blog (UTM:
utm_source=social&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign={slug}).
🎬 Strategy overview
For each published blog, we produce:
- One Master Video (4–5 minutes) summarising the blog’s core value.
- Four–five Micro Clips (20–45s each), cut from the master, scheduled weekly.
A) Script the Master Video (VA creates)
- Structure (4–5 min)
- Hook (8–12s): pain/benefit: “If your CPC jumps 40% in Q4, do this…”
- Value (3–4 min): 3 key points or 1 mini-framework from the blog (use on-screen captions for each point).
- CTA (10–15s): “Full playbook on the blog / link in bio / book a discovery call.”
- Deliverable:
SCRIPT_{BlogSlug}_MASTER_v1 (title, beats, suggested B-roll, on-screen text, thumbnail idea).
- Dean records, uploads raw files.
B) Edit the Master Video
- Format:
- LinkedIn/YT: 16:9 (1920×1080) or 1:1 (1080×1080)
- Reels/TikTok/Shorts: 9:16 (1080×1920) version (duplicate export)
- Branding: lower-third name, subtle logo bug, brand fonts/colours, intro sting optional, outro end card with URL/CTA.
- Musts: burned-in captions, readable safe-zones, no typos, levelled audio.
C) Slice into Micro Clips (4–5 pieces)
- Clip types (20–45s each):
- Strong hook + one tip
- Framework snippet (1 step explained)
- Mistake/pitfall + fix
- Quick win checklist
- CTA teaser (invite to full blog/video)
